If someone asks me what type of yoga I teach, I usually say, 'friendly'.
My study and practice of yoga has evolved into a way of life and life has shown me the way to compassion. I've been practicing for over half my lifetime and teaching for about 15 years. I have a passion for the healing arts and understanding the complexities of being human.
I've taught yoga and meditation one on one in people's homes, groups in community centres, studios, corporate offices, rehabilitation facilities and in beautiful retreat spaces around Australia. With the capacity of the online world to be able to reach people all over the planet, I now teach predominantly online through live group sessions, private one on ones and online courses.
My experience and skill in teaching rest firmly on the ground my previous teachers have laid. I lovingly continue on this journey of evolution.
